* * * Special Notice * * *

March 13th was the last day with a lasting uniform (1 inch/2.54 cm, or deeper) semi-permanent snow pack. There are however still many patches of ice and snow left in, and around, the wooded areas (and the remnants of snowplow created banks). However a uniform sheet over the whole area no longer exists.

Note: This is about a month ahead of the usual dispersion date; which is on average April 15th.
