Environment Canada at 1:14 PM ADT Monday 9 June 2008.
On Sunday a warm humid airmass was established over New Brunswick
with humidex values reaching 35 C/95 F over southwestern
Districts. A cold front which swept across the province late in the
day triggered numerous thunderstorms during the afternoon and the
evening. Some of these thunderstorms produced strong winds, hail and
Heavy downpours before weakening later in the evening...However as
Of this time no official reports of Major damage have been received
by Environment Canada.
