AND EARLY THIS MORNING. HEAVY RAIN FELL OVER SOUTHERN REGIONS
OF THE PROVINCE. STATIONS WHICH EXCEEDED THE NEWLY DEFINED
HEAVY RAINFALL WARNING CRITERIA OF 25 MILLIMETRES IN 24 HOURS
ARE AS FOLLOWS.
