Wind chill warning for
Woodstock and Carleton County issued

Extreme wind chill values of minus 35 forecast overnight and Wednesday morning.

This is a warning that extreme wind chill conditions are expected in these regions. Monitor weather conditions..listen for updated statements.

Cold Arctic air will combine with northwesterly winds overnight and Wednesday morning to produce wind chill values of minus 35.

Temperatures will remain cold and winds will remain strong enough on Wednesday and overnight into Thursday for wind chill values to be in the 32-34 range which is just below warning criteria.
