* PRECIPITATION TYPE...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.
* ACCUMULATIONS...ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES.
STORM TOTAL ACCUMULATION 4 TO 6 INCHES OF SNOW.
* TIMING...THROUGH MOST OF MONDAY.
* WINDS...NORTHWEST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH.
* VISIBILITIES...AT OR BELOW ONE QUARTER MILE IN WIDESPREAD
BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WITH NEAR ZERO VISIBILITIES DEVELOPING
IN OPEN AND EXPOSED AREAS.
* IMPACTS...VERY HIGH TO EXTREME. SNOW AND STRONG WINDS WILL
