* LOCATIONS...PORTIONS OF FAR EASTERN MAINE.

* HAZARD TYPES...HEAVY WET SNOW AND WIND.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 8 INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
  AMOUNTS. THE HIGHEST AMOUNTS WILL BE IN A NARROW BAND ALONG
  AND SOUTH OF A EASTON TO MILLINOCKET LINE AND NORTHWEST OF
  HOULTON.

* SNOWFALL RATE...1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR IN HEAVY BANDS.

* TIMING...THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...HEAVY WET SNOW WILL LEAD TO SNOW COVERED ROADS AND
  HAZARDOUS TRAVEL. GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS WILL LEAD TO SOME
  BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.

* WINDS...NORTH 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.

* VISIBILITIES...REDUCED TO LESS THAN A QUARTER MILE AT TIMES IN
  HEAVY SNOW.

* TEMPERATURES...FALLING THROUGH THE 20S.
