Weather summary
for New Brunswick

at 3:46 a.m. AST Sunday 14 January 2018.
Discussion.
A low pressure system tracked across the region on Sunday bringing
heavy rain followed by a period of freezing rain and a rapid drop in
temperatures. Additionally record breaking warm temperatures caused
significant melting of the existing snow on the ground. Strong
southwesterly winds gave power outages to portions of southern New
Brunswick mainly near the Fundy coast.
