Rainfall warning in effect for:

Saint John and County
Rain, heavy at times is expected. The frozen ground has a reduced ability to absorb this rainfall.

A low pressure system will track towards the region tonight. Rain ahead of the low will begin Tuesday morning then taper to showers Wednesday morning. Rainfall totals of near 30 millimetres are expected.

Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.

Rainfall warnings are issued when significant rainfall is expected.
