east of Lake Erie and Lake Ontario in western New York.
Scattered Flood Warnings and Advisories are in effect across the
Middle/Lower Mississippi Valley, the Tennessee Valley, and the
Ohio Valley.

At 900 PM EST...A low pressure system with an estimated central
pressure of 992 mb had pushed into the north end of the Bay of
Fundy. National Weather Service radars and station observations
identified light to moderate snow showers east of Lake Erie and
Lake Ontario, with more widely scattered snow showers across the
Northeast.

pressure of 992 mb had pushed into the north end of the Bay of
