* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph

  Piscataquis and Central Piscataquis Counties.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 1 PM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and
  powerlines. Isolated to scattered power outages may result.

...Locally Dense Fog...

Area of fog are expected through early Friday morning, and the
fog may locally be dense in spots. Those traveling should be
alert for sudden reductions in visibility. Slow down, use low beam
headlights and allow plenty of time to reach your destination.
The visibility will improve early Friday morning as a cold front
crosses the region.
