At 900 AM EST...An expansive area of high pressure was analyzed
over the Appalachians. The storm that impacted the East Coast
yesterday continued a northeast track off the coast into the
Canadian Maritimes overnight, and was analyzed south of
Newfoundland with a central pressure of 968 mb (28.58 in Hg). Dry
and windy conditions were reported over yesterday's affected
areas.
