Rain at times heavy with embedded thunderstorms expected on Friday.

Total rainfall: 30 to 50 mm, locally higher amounts possible.

Locations: Southern New Brunswick.

Time span: Late overnight tonight through Friday afternoon.

Remarks: Locally heavy rainfall rates in excess of 20 mm per hour are possible on Friday. These heavy downpours could give hazardous driving conditions, water pooling on roads, and localized flooding, especially in poor drainage areas.
