Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Near record high temperatures may bring heat indices into the middle

90s to just over 100 Wednesday inland from the coast. Closer to the

coast, expect the highest heat indices on Thursday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of

the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose

fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning

or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and

heat stroke.

Maximum temperature Tuesday: 30 to 32 degrees Celsius (Humidex 35 to 37)

Minimum temperature Tuesday night: 18 to 20 degrees Celsius.

Maximum temperature Wednesday: 30 to 35 degrees Celsius (Humidex 36 to 41)

Minimum temperature Wednesday night: 22 to 24 degrees Celsius.

Maximum temperature Thursday: 30 to 35 degrees Celsius (Humidex 38 to 42)

Minimum temperature Thursday night: 17 to 20 degrees Celsius.

Locations: New Brunswick

Remarks: hot and humid conditions could possibly continue into Friday, especially over southern areas of the province.

The health risks are greater for older adults, infants and young children, pregnant people, people with physical and/or mental illnesses, and people with disabilities or mobility issues.

Minimum temperature Wednesday night: 16 to 19 degrees Celsius.

Maximum temperature Thursday: 29 to 34 degrees Celsius (Humidex 36 to 39)

Minimum temperature Thursday night: 18 to 21 degrees Celsius.

Locations: Inland sections of western Nova Scotia including Annapolis Valley.
