Beryl, now fully extratopical, made it's second landfall near Yarmouth Nova Scotia as a 40 kt system, at roughly 4:00 PM ADT/19:00 UCT/GMT. Attached is a Visible Satellite Image of Beryl, taken near the time of second landfall.
