==discussion==
A low pressure centre over the Great Lakes is expected to slowly
intensify as it tracks toward Central Quebec on Tuesday. The band of
rain currently associated with the low extends from the Gulf of
Mexico to the Great Lakes and will propagate east towards Quebec and
the Maritimes on Tuesday. Rain will develop across Western New
Brunswick Tuesday afternoon and intensify early Wednesday.
Based on currently available guidance rainfall amounts in excess of
25 millimetres are likely on Wednesday. Rainfall amounts will be
especially significant over southwestern portions of the province.
The public is advised to monitor future forecasts and warnings as
warnings may be required or extended.

Canada at www.weatheroffice.gc.ca
