AN INTENSE PRE-AUTUMN STORM LADEN WITH TROPICAL MOISTURE BROUGHT
HEAVY RAIN AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS TO PARTS OF THE MARITIMES SUNDAY
NIGHT INTO MONDAY. THE HEAVY RAIN GAVE LOCALIZED FLOODING WHILE THE
STRONG WINDS BROUGHT DOWN SOME TREE LIMBS AND CAUSED POWER OUTAGES
IN MANY PARTS OF THE PROVINCE.
