* ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF 1.0 TO 1.5 INCHES IS EXPECTED TO FALL ON
  REMAINING SNOW PACK IN THE WATCH AREA INTO THIS EVENING.

* POTENTIAL IMPACTS...MINOR STREAM FLOODING...POSSIBLE ICE
  JAMMING ON MAJOR RIVERS SUCH AS THE SAINT JOHN...ALLAGASH...
  AROOSTOOK AND UPPER PISCATAQUIS THURSDAY INTO THURSDAY
  EVENING. OTHER IMPACTS ALSO INCLUDE THE POTENTIAL OF URBAN
  FLOODING DUE TO POOR DRAINAGE OF RAINFALL AND SNOWMELT RUNOFF
  INTO POTENTIALLY SNOW BLOCKED STORM DRAINS.

A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING BASED ON
CURRENT FORECASTS.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE
FLOOD WARNINGS. THOSE LIVING IN AREAS PRONE TO FLOODING SHOULD BE
