Discussion.

An intense low pressure system moved eastward along a track south of
Nova Scotia overnight leaving significant snowfall amounts in it's
wake over the Maritimes. Snowfall amounts forecast over southern New
Brunswick varied from 10-15 centimetres in the west to 15-25
centimetres in the east.
