SUNDAY...
* WHAT...Snow expected. Plan on slippery road conditions. Total
snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches are expected.
* WHERE...Northeast Aroostook, Northern Piscataquis, Northern
Penobscot, Central Piscataquis, Central Penobscot and Southern
Piscataquis County.
* WHEN...5 PM today to 10 AM Sunday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
times.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
The latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can
be obtained by calling 5 1 1.

Snowfall warning in effect for:
Prince County P.E.I.
Snowfall, with total amounts of 10 to 15 cm is expected.
First significant snowfall of the season expected tonight.
A low pressure system will approach the Maritimes from the southwest tonight and pass east of the Island Sunday morning. Rain mixed with snow ahead of this system will change to snow this evening and persist into Sunday morning. Snowfall amounts near 15 cm are expected over Prince County.
Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions.
Snowfall warnings are issued when significant snowfall is expected.

Snowfall warning in effect for:
Woodstock and Carleton County
Snowfall, with total amounts of 15 to 20 cm is expected.
First significant snowfall of the season over much of New Brunswick this weekend.
A low pressure system currently south of New England will intensify as it approaches the Maritimes tonight. This low will continue to track northeastward reaching Labrador late Sunday.
Snow ahead of this system is expected to spread northward across the province this evening. For much of the province, snow will persist tonight and then taper off Sunday afternoon. Over the Fundy region, the snow will change to ice pellets along with a risk of freezing rain, and then to rain by Sunday morning.
Snowfall amounts of 15 to 20 cm are expected.
Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow.
