Heat Advisory once again issued for most of New Brunswick

Special weather statement in effect for:
Fredericton and Southern York County
Temperatures are expected to reach the high 20's to near 31 degrees celsius this afternoon with humidex values approaching low to mid 30's across much of the region. Temperatures will cool off in the wake of a cold front on Saturday.
These conditions may pose a health risk when you are not used to the heat.
People are advised to 1) drink plenty of cool liquids before feeling thirsty, and 2) keep cool by dressing for the weather and spending a few hours during the day in a cool place.
Never leave people or pets inside a parked vehicle.
