...FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 9 AM
EDT SUNDAY...

* Temperatures...In the lower 30s.

* Timing...Midnight through mid morning.

* Impacts...Freezing temperatures could kill sensitive
  vegetation.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Freeze Warning is issued when freezing temperatures are
forecasted to threaten outdoor plants. Those with agricultural
interests in the warned area are advised to harvest or protect
tender vegetation. Also, potted plants normally left outdoors
should be covered or brought indoors.

Clear skies and light winds will give favourable conditions for frost formation overnight, especially in low-lying areas. These conditions are likely to persist for the next few nights with the possibility of even colder overnight lows early next week for some areas.

Take preventative measures to protect frost-sensitive plants and trees.

Frost advisories are issued when temperatures are expected to reach the freezing mark during the growing season, leading to potential damage and destruction to plants and crops.
