  inches expected. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Northwest Aroostook, Northern Somerset, Northern
  Piscataquis, Central Piscataquis and Southern Piscataquis
  Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM Tuesday to 5 PM EST Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute. Power
  outages are possible.
