  Hancock, Coastal Washington, Southern Piscataquis and Northern
  Washington Counties.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 8 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if
  left uncovered.

Fredericton and Southern York County
Frost may damage some crops in frost-prone areas.

Clearing skies and diminishing winds will give patchy frost overnight tonight.
