...HEAVY WET SNOW POSSIBLE SUNDAY INTO SUNDAY NIGHT...
.A storm over the Southeast will strengthen as it moves up the

freezing rain during the morning in far southern New Hampshire,

heavy, wet snow for parts of the mountains and foothills during
the afternoon and evening. In addition to the snow on the roads,
this wet consistency may lead to downed tree limbs and some power
outages as a result.

Special weather statement in effect for:
Fredericton and Southern York County
Snow, ice pellets and freezing rain possible for Sunday night.
A low pressure system will approach the Maritimes on Sunday with snow beginning over western New Brunswick Sunday evening. At this time there is still some uncertainty in the precise amount and location of heaviest snow but it seems likely that some areas will receive upwards of 15 cm by Monday morning. Snow will likely persist into late Monday for northeast parts of the province.
Central parts of the province, possibly as far south as Fredericton could see an extended period freezing rain on Sunday night.
