* WHAT...Southeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts between 45 and
50 mph expected.
* WHERE...Coastal Washington and Coastal Hancock Counties.
* WHEN...From 6 AM to 4 PM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and isolated to scattered power
outages may result.
