...ARCTIC AIR MOVES IN AHEAD OF A STRONG STORM SYSTEM FOR TONIGHT
AND THURSDAY...

.An Arctic airmass will remain in place ahead of a developing
area of low pressure, which will bring significant snowfall to
parts of the region. Developing low pressure will quickly track
northeastward before moving offshore of the Delmarva and passing
near Cape Cod by early Thursday morning. There is growing
confidence for at least a moderate snowfall event across southern
and coastal sections of our area, with lighter amounts further
inland. The low is expected to exit into the Maritimes by late
Thursday.
