MONDAY...

* WHAT...Southeast winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 65 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Coastal Washington and Coastal Hancock Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 AM to 5 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and powerlines.
  Numerous to widespread power outages are likely. Travel will
  be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People should avoid being outside in forested areas and around
trees and branches. If possible, remain in the lower levels of
your home during the windstorm, and avoid windows. Use caution if
you must drive.

MONDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected, ending as a period of mixed
  precipitation or rain in some areas. Total snow accumulations
  of 6 to 12 inches expected. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of central, northern and southern New
  Hampshire and western Maine.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 4 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible as
  roads quickly become snow covered. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... Heavy snowfall rates are anticipated,
  with rates of 1 to 3 inches per hour expected at times.

  an inch and ice accumulations of a light glaze expected. Winds
  gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Northwest Aroostook, Northeast Aroostook, Northern
  Penobscot and Southeast Aroostook Counties.

* WHEN...From 9 AM to 10 PM EST Monday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute. Damage
  to trees and power lines is possible.
