Discussion.
A low pressure system interacting with the remnants of Tropical
Storm Debby have produced significant rainfall amounts over parts of
southern Ontario Thursday night into Friday.

Flood Warnings remain in effect into Saturday afternoon over
portions of the North Country in upstate New York as well as
scattered river valleys in the Catskills and central Pennsylvania.

At 1000 AM EDT...Post-Tropical Cyclone Debby continued to move
quickly northeastward across the Canadian Maritimes further away
from New England. National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated
the remaining showers associated with the trailing front in
connection with Debby were exiting Downeast Maine and Cape Cod.
