* WHERE...Northeast Aroostook, Northwest Aroostook, and Northern

  Piscataquis Counties.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive

  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
