SPECIAL WEATHER SUMMARY MESSAGE FOR PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND ISSUED BY
ENVIRONMENT CANADA AT 2:29 PM ADT TUESDAY 11 SEPTEMBER 2012.

A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE STALLED OVER WESTERN PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND
SUNDAY. BANDS OF RAIN AT TIMES HEAVY WERE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS
TROUGH.  ON MONDAY IT STARTED TO MOVE EASTWARD AND TO DRAW MOISTURE
FROM TROPICAL STORM LESLIE WHICH WAS TO THE SOUTH. THIS GAVE RAIN AT
TIMES HEAVY TO EASTERN REGIONS. THE RAIN AT TIMES HEAVY ENDED EARLY
TUESDAY MORNING AS THE TROUGH MOVED EASTWARD.
