Discussion.
Late on Wednesday October 10, and lasting into Friday October 12,
2018, a developing warm front and low pressure system eventually
began to interact with moisture streaming northward from Tropical
Storm Michael. As these two systems began to interact, significant
rainfall was observed over parts of the Maritimes.
