Rainfall warning in effect for:

Yarmouth County
Rain, heavy at times is expected.

Snow will develop near noon Friday and change to rain at times heavy by late afternoon or early evening. Total snowfall amounts of 5 to 10 cm are possible while rainfall amounts near 30 millimetres are expected before the rain tapers to showers or drizzle early Saturday morning. Strong southerly winds will bring much milder temperatures and fog patches with the rain Friday night.

Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.

Rainfall warnings are issued when significant rainfall is expected.
