* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4
  inches are expected.

* WHERE...Northern Piscataquis, Central Piscataquis, Southern
  Penobscot and Southern Piscataquis Counties.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 7 PM EST Tuesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions,
  including during the morning commute on Tuesday. Expect
  reduced visibilities at times.
