...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 8 PM THIS EVENING TO 5 AM
EDT FRIDAY...
The National Weather Service in Gray has issued a Dense Fog
Advisory, which is in effect from 8 PM this evening to 5 AM EDT
Friday.
* Visibilities...One quarter mile or less at times.
* Timing...Fog will thicken this evening and continue through much
of the night before visibilities improve towards daybreak
Friday.
* Impacts...Dense fog will reduce visibility and make driving
difficult.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving...slow down...
use your headlights...and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.

Queens County P.E.I.
Rain, at times heavy, is expected.
Rain, heavy at times will begin late tonight or early Friday morning and persist through the day on Friday before ending late Friday night or Saturday morning.
Total rainfall amounts of 30 to 50 mm are forecast, except in areas of heaviest rain, where up to 80 millimetres are possible.
Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads. Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.
Rainfall warnings are issued when significant rainfall is expected.

Rain, heavy at times with embedded thundershowers, will begin late tonight or early Friday morning and persist through the day on Friday before ending late Friday night or Saturday morning.
Total rainfall amounts of 30 to 50 mm are forecast, except in areas of heaviest rain, where higher amounts are forecast. Over Cumberland County and parts of Colchester County, up to 90 millimetres are likely.
Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads. Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.
Rainfall warnings are issued when significant rainfall is expected.
