frost formation.
* WHERE...Interior Hancock, Central Washington, Coastal Hancock
and Coastal Washington Counties.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM EDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if
left uncovered.

Halifax Metro and Halifax County West
Frost may damage some crops in frost-prone areas.
Minimum temperatures: near plus 1 in low lying areas of mainland Nova Scotia, and near zero over the Cape Breton Highlands.
Locations: most of mainland Nova Scotia and parts of the Cape Breton Highlands.
Time span: early Sunday morning.
Remarks: Patchy frost is expected to form as clear skies and light winds coincide with cool temperatures. Frost will likely continue for Sunday night for some areas as well.
Cover up plants, especially those in frost-prone areas.

Frost may destroy fruit crops, vegetables, and other plants.
Minimum temperatures: minus 6 to plus 2 (coolest in low lying areas).
Locations: New Brunswick.
Time span: early Sunday morning.
Remarks: Patchy frost is expected to form again tonight as clear skies and light winds coincide with cool temperatures, especially in low lying areas. Frost is likely to continue for Sunday night as well.
Take preventative measures to protect frost-sensitive plants and trees.
