9:32 PM AST Thursday 28 December 2023
Freezing rain is expected or occurring.

Locations: Most of southern New Brunswick.

Time span: overnight tonight and Friday morning in the west, but continuing into the afternoon over southeastern portions.

Remarks: A mix of freezing rain and rain is expected. The precipitation will change to snow during the day Friday.

Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery. Poor weather conditions may contribute to transportation delays.

Freezing rain warnings are issued when rain falling in sub-zero temperatures creates ice build-up and icy surfaces.
