* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 33 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...In Maine, Interior Cumberland Highlands and Southern Oxford

  Counties. In New Hampshire, Northern Carroll and Northern Grafton

  Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 7 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive

  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
