AT NOON ADT... POST-TROPICAL STORM HANNA WAS LOCATED NEAR
LATITUDE 44.6 N AND LONGITUDE 66.4 W... ABOUT 45 NAUTICAL MILES
OR 85 KM/50 mph SOUTH SOUTHWEST OF SAINT JOHN.

HANNA IS MOVING TOWARDS THE NORTHEAST AT 40 KNOTS... 74 KM/H/45 mph.
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE ESTIMATED AT 45 KNOTS... 83 KM/H/50 mph AND
CENTRAL PRESSURE AT 994 MB.

HIGHEST WINDS REPORTED AT THIS TIME INCLUDE 87 KM/H/52 mph AT BACCARO
POINT NOVA SCOTIA AND 78 KM/H/ 47 mph AT HALIFAX INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

HEAVIEST RAINFALLS REPORTED INCLUDE 141 MM/5.5 Inches AT POINT LEPREAU AND
139 MM/5.2 Inches IN SAINT JOHN BOTH IN SOUTHERN NEW BRUNSWICK. 84 MM/3.5 inches HAS
BEEN REPORTED IN PARRSBORO NOVA SCOTIA WITH ANOTHER 2 TO 4 HOURS
OF RAIN EXPECTED.

RAINFALL RATES OF 20 TO 30 MILLIMETERS/ 0.75 to 1.10 Inch PER HOUR CONTINUE TO
BE REPORTED ACROSS SOUTHWESTERN NEW BRUNSWICK NORTHERN NOVA SCOTIA
AND WESTERN PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND.

HEAVY RAINFALL WARNINGS ARE IN EFFECT FOR SOUTHERN NEW BRUNSWICK
NORTHERN NEW BRUNSWICK AND SOUTHERN AND CENTRAL NEWFOUNDLAND.
