* TEMPERATURES...1 BELOW TO 17 ABOVE ZERO.
* WIND CHILL READINGS...AS LOW AS 22 BELOW.

* IMPACTS...WHILE VISIBILITIES IN BLOWING SNOW HAVE IMPROVED DUE
