==DISCUSSION==

THE REMNANT LOW FROM POST-TROPICAL STORM ANDREA IS NOW LOCATED 50
KILOMETRES SOUTH OF CAPE RACE NEWFOUNDLAND AND IS MOVING TOWARDS THE
NORTHERN GRAND BANKS. NO FURTHER IMPACTS ARE EXPECTED OVER LAND BUT
GALE WARNINGS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SYSTEM ARE CONTINUED FOR WATERS
SOUTHEAST OF NEWFOUNDLAND.
