This is a warning that at or near zero ground temperatures will cause frost in parts of these regions. Monitor weather conditions..listen for updated statements.
Clear skies and calm winds overnight tonight will allow for the formation of patchy frost over the above mentioned regions as temperatures fall to low single digits, especially in low lying inland areas.
