Portions of northwestern New Brunswick suffer power outage
GRAND FALLS, N.B. (CP) -
A spokesman for N.B. Power says tree branches on lines are responsible for outages in northwestern New Brunswick. Brian Duplessis said due to three outages, close to 600 customers were without electricity in the Grand Falls area early Thursday. Duplessis said Wednesday night's wind and rain storm was to blame. N.B. Power was also reporting 760 customers affected in Fredericton on Thursday morning.
