A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM FORMED SOUTH OF CAPE COD ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON
THEN TRACKED SOUTH OF NOVA SCOTIA THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY AS IT
INTENSIFIED. THIS SYSTEM BROUGHT BLIZZARD CONDITIONS TO MUCH OF
NOVA SCOTIA GIVING WIDE SPREAD WHITE OUT CONDITIONS ACROSS THE
MAJORITY OF THE PROVINCE.
