An intense low pressure system tracked across eastern Nova Scotia
this morning and is currently in the southern Gulf of St. Lawrence.
Snow at times heavy, strong northerly winds and blowing snow were
experienced across most of the province associated with this system.

winds giving blowing snow and reduced visibility.
