Rainfall warning in effect for:

Campbellton and eastern half of Restigouche County
western half of Restigouche County
Rain, at times heavy, is expected.

Total rainfall: 50 to 80 mm over central and southern New Brunswick, 30 to 50 mm over northern New Brunswick

Locations: New Brunswick.

Time span: today, ending by this evening.

Remarks: Rain at times heavy will become more intermittent this afternoon before tapering to showers this evening.

Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads. Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.

Rainfall warnings are issued when significant rainfall is expected.
