* Location...Roque Bluffs State Park...Machias...Quoddy Head
State Park
* TIMING...Flooding impacts are expected within 2 hours either
side of the high tide cycle. High tide will occur around noon.
The astronomical tide is near the highest levels of the month.
* Tidal Flood Impacts...Water may begin to approach the most
vulnerable locations along the coast. Low-lying causeways will
have some minor splash-over, but inundation is not expected.
* Shoreline Flood Impacts...Minor splashover is possible.

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 5
inches expected.
* WHERE...Portions of Central Highlands, Far Eastern, Far
Northern, North Woods and Penobscot Valley Maine.
* WHEN...From 4 AM to 5 PM EST Thursday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The
hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect snow covered roads
and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.

Fredericton and Southern York County
Snow for Thursday.
A low pressure system will approach the Maritimes from New England and track south of Nova Scotia on Thursday. Snow will develop across western New Brunswick before dawn on Thursday and then spread eastward through the day before ending Thursday evening. The snow is likely to become mixed with rain by late Thursday afternoon mostly for Grand Manan and coastal Charlotte county. Latest indications are still suggesting that total snowfall amounts near 10 centimetres are expected for most regions.

Snow for Thursday.
A low pressure system will approach the Maritimes from New England and track just south of the province on Thursday. Snow will develop across western Nova Scotia before dawn on Thursday and then spread eastward through the day. The snow is likely to become mixed with rain late Thursday afternoon over extreme southern regions of the province. The snow will taper off Thursday evening over southwestern regions but should persist into the overnight hours for northeast regions. Latest indications are still suggesting that most regions should receive total snowfall amounts near 10 centimetres.
