Surprise Early April Nor'Easter Buries Nova Scotia Under A Foot Of Snow

A rapidly intensifying low pressure system approached Nova Scotia on
Sunday and then passed east of Cape Breton overnight. This system
brought snow and reduced visibility in blowing snow.
