WEATHER SUMMARY FOR NOVA SCOTIA ISSUED BY ENVIRONMENT CANADA AT
9:20 A.M. AST FRIDAY 6 FEBRUARY 2015.

A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE TRACKED ACROSS THE MARITIMES BRINGING 
PERIODS OF RAIN AND HEAVY SNOW TO NOVA SCOTIA YESTERDAY, LAST NIGHT, 
AND THIS MORNING. STRONG AND GUSTY NORTHERLY WINDS ALSO DEVELOPED 
GIVING LOCALLY REDUCED VISIBILITY IN BLOWING SNOW LAST NIGHT. THE 
SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW HAVE EASED OVER MAINLAND NOVA SCOTIA BUT WILL 
CONTINUE OVER CAPE BRETON UNTIL MIDDAY.  TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 
AROUND 10 TO 25 CENTIMETRES WERE REPORTED THROUGHOUT THE PROVINCE.
