Rainfall warning for

Fredericton and Southern York County continued

Rainfall amounts up to 70 millimeters expected tonight and Monday.

This is a warning that significant rainfall is expected in these regions. Monitor weather conditions..Listen for updated statements.

A major low pressure center currently over the Southern Great Lakes will continue to deepen as it moves into Québec on Monday. As a result strong winds and heavy rain ahead of the system will begin over the Maritimes this evening.

The precipitation will begin as snow for central and northern regions of New Brunswick this evening and change through freezing rain and ice pellets to rain overnight. Rain at times heavy will persist Monday for all of New Brunswick with the highest rainfall amounts expected for southwestern sections where 70 millimeters is forecast by Monday night.

Strong southerly winds gusting to 90 km/hour will begin over southwestern sections overnight Sunday and persist until Monday afternoon.

Southerly winds gusting to 90 km/hour expected to begin overnight Sunday.

This is a warning that potentially damaging winds are expected in these regions. Monitor weather conditions..Listen for updated statements.

A major low pressure center currently over the Southern Great Lakes will continue to deepen as it moves into Québec on Monday. As a result strong winds and heavy rain ahead of the system will begin over the Maritimes this evening.

This is a warning that potentially damaging winds are expected in these regions. Monitor weather conditions..Listen for updated statements.

A major low pressure centre over the Southern Great Lakes will continue to deepen as it moves into Québec on Monday. As a result strong southeast winds gusting up to 90 km/h along with periods of rain will begin overnight tonight and will continue into Monday.

Also Les Suetes winds will gusts up to 130 km/h by Monday morning.

* A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL TRACK TO THE NORTHWEST OF

MAINE TONIGHT THROUGH MONDAY. THIS SYSTEM WILL BRING THE

POSSIBILITY FOR HEAVY RAINFALL...POTENTIALLY IN EXCESS OF 3

INCHES TO PORTIONS OF THE WATCH AREA. THE COMBINATION OF

POTENTIALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AND SNOW MELT WILL INCREASE THE FLOOD
