Discussion.

A broad low pressure system moved very slowly from the Gulf of Maine 
through western New Brunswick Wednesday morning through Thursday 
morning. This system brought periods of rain to the Maritimes, with 
embedded convection which produced localized heavy rainfall and 
lightning.
